Our Achievements in 2022
In 2022, SHE Changes Climate has continued to work towards its global mission which is to ensure all delegations, for all climate negotiations, have at least a 50% representation of women, in all their diversity, at their top levels, now and in the future. The SHE Changes Climate vision suggests that COP adopts a Co-Presidency approach. This is because we are more powerful when women and men, in all their diversity, lead together to build a movement for collaborative climate action and systemic change.

Our Achievements in 2021
In just over a year we’ve achieved an amazing amount of impact by maximising our available resources. As we reflect on our first year of campaigning, the Founders and Steering Group Committee continue to meet regularly to discuss the future purpose, mission and activities of SHE Changes Climate. To ensure this thinking is grounded in the needs of our community, we will be hosting a number of sessions with our allies in 2022. We commit to ensuring we calibrate our respective messaging to maximum effect.
